"I frequently experience sleep paralysis in the summer, very often, and I'm interested in knowing what's going on, medically and in terms of knowledge, about this," said MacKinnon. 

The questions took him to psychologists and scientists, as well as meet with people who experience this phenomenon. Myths and legends about sleep paralysis occurs worldwide, of which mention vicious men and women or European story about the pink dolphin that turns into a seductive woman at night in Brazil. Some stories were found by MacKinnon shows why these myths are so creepy.
